Responsibilities Including But Not Limited To:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the resort's hospitality. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems (PMS). Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm. Assist guests with their needs by providing information about resort amenities, local attractions, and dining options. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly. Support guest relations by resolving issues quickly through customer service problem-solving techniques while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times, including during night shifts or emergency situations. Qualifications Must LOVE customer service Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred but not required; a passion for hospitality is essential. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance guest communication across diverse populations. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems or property management systems (PMS) is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with an energetic attitude and excellent communication skills Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest services best practices. Ability to handle customer service issues proactively and professionally in a fast-paced environment. Previous resort experience or hotel experience is a plus, especially in roles involving guest relations. Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
