We're growing and looking for a motivated Outbound Specialist who enjoys talking with people, can confidently make outbound calls, and knows how to create a great customer experience. Benefits Package 401K with up to 4% company match 50% employer-provided health insurance 50% employer-provided dental insurance 50% employer-provided vision insurance Paid vacation, depending on years of service 7 paid holidays annually Yearly Christmas celebration Regular company cookouts Key Job Responsibilities Make a high volume of outbound calls to existing and potential customers Follow up on previous services and customer needs Help customers schedule HVAC service and maintenance appointments Answer incoming calls and provide helpful, professional assistance Identify opportunities to recommend additional services Keep customer information and appointment details organized Communicate with technicians and office staff to keep customers updated Required Qualifications Previous customer service experience is required Cold calling/outbound calling experience is required Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone Friendly, confident, and professional phone presence Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment Call center, telemarketing, or inside sales experience is a plus HVAC or home-service industry experience is a plus ServiceTitan experience is a plus Ready to Apply?
