Customer Service Associate - Full Time Schakolad Chocolate Factory | Downtown St. Petersburg, FL Schakolad Chocolate Factory is looking for a friendly, dependable and capable person to join our team full time. This is a hands-on customer service position in our downtown St. Petersburg chocolate shop. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in doing things well and is willing to pitch in wherever needed to help keep the store running smoothly. If you're naturally friendly, reliable and like staying busy, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Your responsibilities will include: Greeting customers and providing friendly, helpful service Helping customers select chocolates, gifts and other items Ringing up purchases and assisting with customer orders Filling and packaging chocolate gift boxes Preparing customer and gift orders for pickup Restocking chocolates, merchandise and displays throughout the store Keeping displays attractive, organized and fully stocked Preparing and serving drinks and other items offered in the shop Keeping customer areas clean, organized and welcoming Answering customer questions in person and by phone Helping with other day-to-day store responsibilities as needed This is an active position. You should be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and moving throughout the store during your shift. Schedule Full-time:

approximately 30-40 hours per week Weekend availability is required. Because our business can be especially busy around holidays and gift-giving occasions, applicants should be comfortable working during our busier seasonal periods. Experience Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful, but finding the right person is most important to us. Barista or coffee experience is a plus. Social media experience is also a plus, particularly for someone comfortable helping create simple photos, videos or content featuring the store and our products. Chocolate experience is not required. We'll teach you what you need to know about our products.
