We're hiring an Insurance Account Associate to join our client service team. No insurance experience required — we'll teach you everything. What we're looking for is someone who stays calm under pressure, genuinely cares about people, and wants to build a career, not just collect a paycheck.
THE CAREER PATH
Starting Out — Insurance Account Associate — $45,000 base + bonus- Year 1-3 — Licensed Agent — $50,000-$70,000+ Year 3-7 — Senior Agent — $90,000-$130,000+
- Bonus eligible after 90 days of employment.

A background in retail, hospitality, or customer service At least one year of steady work history Strong attention to detail and a calm, professional phone presence Comfort working in a structured, process-driven environment A genuine interest in building a long-term careerWHAT WE OFFER
$45,000 base + monthly performance bonus- 15 days PTO
