Powersport Service Advisor Job Summary Riva Motorsports Space Coast is looking for a Powersports Service Advisor to join our team. We are an industry leading Motorsports, PWC, UTC, ATV, Motorcycle and Boat dealer in Titusville, Florida. The Powersports Service Advisor will work face to face and over the phone with customers and will report to the Service and General Managers. Powersports Service Advisor Responsibilities and Duties Provide customers with quotes for service needs Verifying warranty coverage Estimate prices for customers Draft and provide invoices to customers for service needed Work with customers regarding service repairs and options Work hand in hand with service technicians to handle repair work. Work closely with Parts and Sales Departments Powersports Service Advisor Qualifications and Skills Automotive/ Powersports service experience is required. Must have previous customer service experience Bilingual-Spanish/English is a plus Must have good organizational skills Must have good understanding of Windows, Excel and be able to learn proprietary systems.
