Customer Service Representative/Accounting

Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing clear solutions and support related to billing, payments, and account issues Manage accounts receivable processes. Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using various accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and EZ Link. Maintain detailed records of transactions, perform account reconciliation tasks regularly, and prepare reports for internal review or external audits Skills Proficiency in financial software including QuickBooks & Sage Ability to perform complex data entry tasks accurately using 10 key typing skills and double-entry bookkeeping methods Excellent understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits, journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, accounts receivable management Effective communication skills to interact confidently with clients and internal teams while maintaining professionalism at all times Join us in a role where your enthusiasm for customer service combined with your accounting expertise will make a real impact!
