Guest Service Representative

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, establishing a positive first impression. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or reservations, ensuring clear and courteous communication. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods while delivering outstanding customer service. Communication with housekeeping and maintenance departments will be necessary at times. Familiar with Helen GA and the surrounding areas is helpful. A background in hotels is a plus, as we are a timeshare resort. Experience Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for helping others is key. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with guests confidently and professionally.
