Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate/Cashier to join our team. This role blends customer interaction with light food preparation , ensuring guests receive both excellent service and high-quality food. Ideal candidates will be comfortable engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner. $12-13 per hour starting pay plus tips.

Responsibilities:

• Must be available to work weekends
• Customer Service & Sales Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections. Take orders accurately and process transactions at the register. Answer customer questions about products and ingredients. Sample products to customer. Maintain a clean and inviting dining and service area.
• Light Food Preparation & Handling Occasionally prepare and assemble food items (e.g., sandwiches, sides, baked goods) following store recipes and safety guidelines. Ensure food presentation and quality meet store standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and prep areas.
• Operations & Teamwork Restock food and beverage items as needed.

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service. Assist in other areas as needed, such as restocking retail items or cleaning.

Qualifications:

Must enjoy interacting with people. This is a high touch role that requires consistant interaction with customers. We value creativity, passion, and above all else the ability learn and improve your skill set. A growth and problem-solving mindset is mandatory. Passion to learn new things and take on multiple responsibilities. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
