Job Summary Are you looking for a clean, stable, and low-stress job in customer service? We are hiring a friendly, reliable Front Desk / Counter Associate to join our dry cleaning team. This is strictly a front-of-house position; no laundering, washing, or pressing required! If you enjoy interacting with people, keeping things neat, and working in a steady, positive environment, we would love to have you. We offer flexible scheduling with options for both Full-Time and Part-Time shifts.
Duties Customer Care:
Greet incoming customers with a warm smile, take in drop-offs, and hand out completed orders.Order Processing:
Tag incoming clothes accurately and enter ticket details into our simple Point of Sale (POS) system.Bagging & Organizing:
Bag finished, cleaned garments and sort them neatly on the pickup racks for easy retrieval.Cashiering:
Process daily payments accurately using cash, card, and digital checkout tools.Front Area Maintenance:
Keep the counter and reception desk tidy, organized, and inviting. Qualifications Bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitorsPositive Attitude:
Friendly, approachable, and dependable with great communication skills.Detail-Oriented:
Ability to keep orders, tags, and garment bags organized so every customer gets the right items.Basic Tech/Cashier Skills:
Comfortable using a simple computer/POS system and handling basic math/change.Punctuality:
Reliable attendance and adherence to the schedule. No previous dry cleaning experience needed—we are happy to train the right person!Pay:
$13.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 58.0 per weekWork Location:
