This role requires a versatile individual capable of managing logistics and maintaining efficient administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will possess strong detail-oriented skills, good communications, organizational, and leadership skills, with experience in shipping . Responsibilities Execute and maintain our RMA process Process orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services Provide customer service through excellent email communications, with occasional phone conversations. Interact with sales and manufacturing team members to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate records through shipping logs, Sage bookkeeping, and filing systems Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in all operations Qualifications Proven Customer Service Domestic and international shipping experience Experience with filing systems and office tools, such as MS Excell and MS word. Proficiency tracking goods and services through a lite manufacturing environment Vendor management skills with the ability to negotiate and maintain professional relationships Excellent communication skills along with organizational skills necessary for multitasking in a fast-paced setting Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently This role is integral to maintaining the seamless operation of our RMA department while supporting overall office functions. Pay:
