We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our stakeholders by providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring outstanding service experiences. This role serves as a primary point of contact for customers, drivers, and other stakeholders, helping to maintain efficient operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels. Investigate and resolve service-related concerns by identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions. Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, concerns, and actions taken. Assist with tracking route performance, scheduling issues, and service concerns. Communicate timely updates and information to drivers and operational staff. Maintain accurate data in company software systems and databases. Recommend improvements to routing and service processes. Notify stakeholders of route changes, service interruptions, schedule adjustments, and updated transportation information. Assist with clerical duties, routing activities, and charter-related tasks. Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Ability to learn and utilize transportation and scheduling software. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Professional demeanor and positive attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers. Preferred Bilingual English/Spanish skills. Previous customer service, dispatch, call center, transportation, or administrative experience. Requirements Flexibility to work early morning, evening, or split-shift schedules as business needs require. Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable federal and state laws. Ability to operate office equipment, including phones, computers, printers, and other communication devices. Why Join Us?
