We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Solution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping others. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Provide accurate customer quotations based on pricing, lead times, and product specifications.

Enter customer orders into the ERP or order management system accurately and efficiently.

Verify product pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.

Provide Technical support and product information to customers.

Perform stock and inventory checks to confirm product availability and communicate expected lead times.

Resolve customer Inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Accurately document customer interactions and maintain customer records.

Process RGA and credit request.

Review and updated orders as needed.

Provide product and technical information to customers.

Collaborate with other departments for customer inquiry resolution.

Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, response time, and performance goals. We are looking for you to have: Associate's or Bachelor's degree strongly preferred and/or at least four (4) years of previous experience.

Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
