Smithereen Pest Management is looking for a Customer Service & Retention Specialist to assist with customer retention, scheduling, and daily administrative support. Responsibilities Contact customers requesting cancellation and work to retain their business. Address customer concerns and document retention efforts. Complete customer call-aheads and establish standing service days/times when possible. Assist with inbound calls, scheduling, and rescheduling. Contact customers regarding schedule changes or technician call-offs. Follow up on work orders and third-party customer portals. Maintain accurate customer and scheduling information. Communicate professionally with customers and branch teams. Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail. Comfortable with inbound and outbound customer calls. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Customer service, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred.
