EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR

Tired of the Dealership Grind? Come Work Somewhere You're Valued. Menard Automotive is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor. We're looking for a proven advisor who knows how to run a service drive, build customer trust, sell needed work, and keep technicians productive. This is NOT an entry-level position. If you already know how to take a customer from the initial phone call through inspection, estimate, authorization, repair, and final delivery — we want to talk to you.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You should be comfortable: Handling a busy schedule and multiple repair orders Building estimates and presenting recommended repairs Selling maintenance and repairs professionally Explaining technical problems in language customers understand Following up on declined work Keeping customers informed throughout the repair Coordinating work with technicians Managing parts and repair timelines Turning inspections into approved work Building relationships that bring customers back We're looking for someone who understands the difference between selling something a customer doesn't need and professionally presenting repairs they DO need. We don't want a high-pressure salesperson. We want an advisor who knows how to earn trust and close work.

EXPERIENCE

Automotive service advisor experience is strongly preferred. Experience with dealerships, independent repair facilities, tire/service centers, or similar automotive businesses is valuable. A solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance is expected. A valid driver's license is required.
