Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Insurance Agency Our agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building relationships with clients. As a CSR, you'll be an important part of our team by helping our clients with their insurance needs and making sure they receive the great service they deserve. We are a smaller insurance office that takes pride in creating a welcoming, supportive work environment. Our team works closely together, and we value someone who is dependable, positive, and willing to learn. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in insurance or grow their customer service skills in a place where they are truly valued.
What You'll Do:
Help clients with questions about their insurance policies Assist with policy changes, payments, and account updates Provide friendly and professional service by phone, email, and in person Communicate with insurance companies when needed Keep client information accurate and organized Help with daily office tasks and support the team
What We're Looking For:
A positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Someone who is organized, dependable, and pays attention to detail Comfortable learning new computer systems and processes Previous insurance experience is helpful, but not required — we are happy to train the right person
