Job Description
Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative Temporary Assignment for 3 weeks. (May go longer) We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to customers visiting the shop, assisting with vehicle estimates, scheduling appointments, and handling a variety of administrative and clerical duties. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers who come into the shop for vehicle estimates. Take photographs of vehicles and document necessary information for the estimate. Confirm and accurately record vehicle and customer information. Enter customer and vehicle information into the computer system. Track and schedule customer appointments using the company calendar. Call customers to confirm appointments and provide any necessary follow-up. Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Monitor and respond to emails. Maintain accurate and organized customer records and paperwork. Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as needed. Provide professional, friendly customer service throughout the customer's visit. Work closely with the shop team to ensure appointments and customer information are handled accurately and efficiently. Qualifications Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy shop environment. Professional, friendly, and dependable personality. Ability to communicate effectively with customers both in person and over the phone. $20.00-$22.00 per hour #BPSNAP1
