Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Inbound Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers seeking to enroll in our internet services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist callers with enrolling in the appropriate internet plans, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities Handle Inbound Calls:
Receive and manage inbound calls from prospective customers interested in enrolling in our internet services.
Customer Enrollment:
Guide customers through the enrollment process, ensuring they understand plan options, pricing, and any promotions.
Provide Product Information:
Clearly and accurately explain the features, benefits, and technical aspects of our internet services to prospective customers.
Resolve Inquiries:
Address customer questions and concerns regarding enrollment, service plans, and billing.
Data Entry:
Accurately input customer information and enrollment details into the system while maintaining high levels of data accuracy.
Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls or emails to potential customers as needed to complete the enrollment process.
Achieve Targets:
Meet or exceed individual and team targets for enrollments, call handling time, and customer satisfaction.
Stay Informed:
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and any changes in service offerings.
Compliance:
Ensure all interactions comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices for customer service.
Qualifications Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is highly desirable.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude. Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and data entry tools. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
