Amatrol is seeking a Techincal Services Representative to provide technical support, field service, and system commissioning for our industry-leading training systems. This role combines customer support, hands-on technical work, and collaboration with our manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service and reliable solutions. Whether your background is in automation, electrical systems, electronics, HVAC/R, fluid power, mechatronics, robotics, or industrial maintenance, we offer the opportunity to expand your technical expertise while making a real impact. What You'll Do Deliver technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and remote support tools. Install, configure, and commission Amatrol training systems at customer locations throughout North America. Diagnose and resolve electrical, electronic, mechanical, and automation-related issues. Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement. Test and evaluate products to ensure performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Document support activities and share technical knowledge that enhances both customer and internal team success. What We're Looking For - Required Qualifications Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent hands-on experience. Experience troubleshooting electrical, electronic, mechanical, or automation systems. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Willingness to travel up to 25% annually. Preferred Experience Experience with one or more of the following: PLCs and industrial controls Robotics and automation systems Electrical and electronic systems HVAC/R equipment Pneumatics and hydraulics Mechatronics systems Industrial maintenance and troubleshooting Don't meet every qualification?
