Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
Answer calls and verify caller identity
Answer general questions about document delivery timelines
Assist callers with accessing forms through their online accounts
Help locate information on forms or request replacements
Support callers with account access issues (password resets, lockouts, etc.)
Route complex or specialized inquiries to the appropriate team
Record call details accurately in the system

Professional, clear, and customer-focused communicator
Patient, empathetic, and positive
Detail-oriented with strong computer navigation skills
Quick learner and dependable team player
Customer service experience preferred
Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus
