Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive team as a Service Advisor, where your enthusiasm for cars and exceptional customer service skills will drive success! In this energetic role, you will act as the vital link between our valued clients and our skilled technicians. Your primary focus will be to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate vehicle services, and ensure a smooth, transparent repair process. With your mechanical knowledge and sales acumen, you'll help customers make informed decisions while upselling additional services to enhance their vehicle's performance and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a fast-paced environment dedicated to automotive excellence. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs Explain repair recommendations clearly, utilizing estimating software and automotive diagnostics tools Upsell additional services such as oil changes, tire service, brake repair, suspension work, or transmission repairs to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate repair timelines effectively Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services Manage cash handling procedures and process payments efficiently Maintain thorough records of all service transactions, client communications, and vehicle histories Experience Prior dealership experience or automotive service management background preferred Proven experience in auto estimating and service writing is highly valued Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on mechanic experience or service technician background Familiarity with estimating software and computer-aided vehicle damage estimating tools Knowledge of automotive diagnostics across various systems including transmissions, air brakes, shocks & struts, and suspension components Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to drive company vehicles as needed Join us in delivering top-tier automotive care while building lasting relationships with our clients! Pay:
