Monday-Friday | Full-Time | On-Site Join Our Team! Adaptive Imports is a growing medical equipment distributor dedicated to improving the lives of children and adults with mobility and positioning needs. We partner with manufacturers around the world to bring innovative rehabilitation and adaptive equipment to the U.S. market. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Erlanger, Kentucky. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Answer incoming phone calls and emails from dealers, therapists, and families. Assist customers with product questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. Enter and process orders accurately. Provide order updates and shipping information. Prepare quotes and order confirmations. Assist with warranty requests and returns. Maintain accurate customer records. Support the sales and operations teams with administrative tasks. Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with QuickBooks, inventory software, or ERP systems is a plus. Customer service or administrative experience preferred. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
