We need someone self-motivated and a multi-tasker, who has excellent time management and organizational skills, reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines. We are a growing company searching for a full-time person to assist in managing day-to-day data entry, administrative, accounting and finance requirements. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position.
Essential Assistant Functions Include:

- Interact with clients daily
- Ability to work under limited supervision and to interact with all levels of staff including management.
- Must have professional attitude and appearance.
- Must be self-motivated and eager to learn. Computer Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Quickbooks knowledge (not requirement but a plus) Salary based on abilities and experience.
