NEMT Provider Relations Liaison Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hourExperience Level:

High School Diploma Required, Associates Preferred Position Summary The NEMT Provider Relations Liaison supports relationships with non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) providers and healthcare partners. This position assists with provider onboarding, credentialing documentation, communication, record maintenance, and day-to-day administrative support. Key Responsibilities Assist with onboarding and maintaining NEMT transportation providers. Communicate professionally with transportation providers, managed care organizations, and internal teams. Respond to provider correspondence, questions, and requests in a timely manner. Document provider interactions and maintain accurate records. Track provider information, credentialing status, and required documentation. Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and provider files. Research and follow-up with credentialing, re-credentialing, and administrative processes. Review and organize provider documentation for completeness and accuracy. Follow up with providers regarding missing information or outstanding requirements. Support medical billing or administrative processes as needed. Maintain confidentiality when handling healthcare and provider information. Perform other administrative and provider-relations duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in healthcare customer service, provider relations, credentialing, medical billing, or administrative support. Experience communicating with healthcare or transportation providers. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Comfortable documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records. Experience working with spreadsheets, email, and basic office software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience with NEMT, Medicaid, managed care organizations, healthcare networks, or transportation services . Experience with provider onboarding or credentialing. Familiarity with medical terminology, billing, or healthcare administrative processes.
