Provide excellent service to customers, ensuring they have an enjoyable time at Super Clawdom. Assist with operating claw machines and help customers understand and use the equipment. Maintain a clean and welcoming environment, ensuring every customer feels at home. Handle customer inquiries and requests, ensuring customer satisfaction. Support team members with daily tasks to ensure smooth store operations. Confidently appear on camera to create and promote brand and product content, enhancing Super Clawdom's brand image.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This role involves delivering top-notch service to our customers and participating in the promotion of brand and product content.

Requirements:

Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Prior customer service experience or similar role preferred. Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in brand and product content creation. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
