This position requires a minimum of 20 hours of work per week, and the candidate must be available to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Success Coach, you will be responsible for: Providing exceptional customer service to existing students via phone and in-person Contacting students who have not been attending classes Developing relationships with students and their families to help them on their martial arts journey Assisting other Success Coach team members with presentation and completion of onboarding processes Facilitating sales of necessary equipment and add-on merchandise Striving to meet daily and weekly merchandising goals Restocking and fulfilling customer orders Helping with set up and providing customer service for in-house events Qualifications We are looking for a GREAT team player who possesses the following qualities: Must genuinely like people and have a magnetic personality Must build trust, rapport, and relationships with every client and every member of the team Patience and flexibility to handle different situations Loves working with kids and their parents Stays calm and collected and doesn't lose their cool or fly off the handle when things get difficult Is task-focused and persistent Is a "systems person" who loves making complicated things simple by relying on proven timetables, schedules, and easy-to-follow systems/SOPs Has a no-quit attitude and keeps pushing through Is a forward thinker who can foresee issues before they arise and take the necessary steps to prevent or correct them before they become significant problems Is detail-oriented and humble Is able to take and accept criticism, suggestions, and feedback Does not play the blame game and takes responsibility for their actions and for the actions of the team Is cooperative and a team player who takes responsibility for the whole team Requirements The candidate should meet the following requirements: At least 18 years of age Experience in customer service and sales Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok Comfortable using (or learning) customer relations management software/databases. (DF6 will provide training.) Proficiency in using Google Drive, or similar suite of programs, especially Excel/Spreadsheets. Compensation Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. The candidate must be available to work up to 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Monthly paid training opportunities will be provided to foster growth within the company.
KEY RESULTS AREA
The KRAs (Key Results Areas) are tasks that you will do on a daily basis. Accomplishing these tasks daily, weekly, and monthly, will result in a "win" for the team by increasing revenue and growth for the company. Front Desk Operations Run the front desk, complete task lists & projects, and complete necessary reports. Provide excellent customer service by greeting students, making them feel welcome, and building relationships with students & parents. Foster a team-building and uplifting environment for all team members. Student Support, Communication, & Engagement Respond to student inquiries via all communication channels. Reach out to students who have missed classes or are behind on tuition payments. Provide support and updates to students and parents about their progress and any changes in their schedule or status. Onboarding and greeting of new students Uphold DF6's policies, procedures, environment, and culture for student's martial arts success Sales & Promotions Handle sales and promotional activities, including assisting with paperwork, forms, registrations, gear & apparel sizing, retail tasks to include fulfillment of orders, inventory tasks, and display tasks, event prep work, and more. Work as a team to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals. Assist Program Coach / Sales Coordinator with tasks and responsibilities
