Responsibilities:

Provide best-in-class service and support to existing policyholders Explain various aspects of Auto, Home, Renters, and other product lines Educate clients on GEICO's full line of insurance products Manage a large database of customers in our CRM platform Identify cross-selling opportunities during retention calls Help the sales team contact customers via phone and email on a daily basis Work some Saturday shifts 10am-2pm and some 10am-6pm shifts Monday -

Friday Desired Skills & Experience:
