This representative communicates with our customers and sales reps by phone, email, and order portals to answer product availability, shipping, price and delivery questions, to support the marketing and sales efforts of the company. They are responsible for maintaining and monitoring a portfolio of sales reps and customer accounts to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and sell through of custom products made. This representative will also attend some of our off-site professional golf or tennis tournaments and other trade show events to support our brand presence through merchandising, and inventory oversight. You'll assist with setup, sales, inventory, and customer experience while learning the fundamentals of event-based retail operations. This aspect of the role is ideal for someone who is energetic, reliable, enjoys working with people, and is excited to travel to live event environments.
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday regular schedule 8:30am to 5pm in person within the office. Ability to travel as needed; anticipated 2-4 times per year; including some weekends, and occasionally for week or longer extended duration. Travel may include attending trade shows, sales meetings, and other work events, and may include set-up and break down of event displays.

DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately and efficiently input data from customer orders, POs, calls, order portals, and emails. Communicate efficiently with customers & reps, answering questions and troubleshooting. Maximize customer satisfaction by providing creative & proactive problem-solving, and consistent follow-through on requests and assignments. Develop & maintain strong working relationships with customers, reps, and other team members. Monitor & maintain maximum accuracy in customer records and orders. Efficiently enter orders, make forms, databases, and other electronic data. Maintain customer accounts for timely order delivery and sell through of custom products made. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer service sales and efficiency. Assist with running reports, customer account data research, and analysis. Support onsite merchandise operations including inventory handling, sales support, assisting event setup/breakdown, and check-in product replenishments. Help monitor inventory levels and support accurate product counts both during and post event. Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and venue partners. Work collaboratively with the onsite team to support daily operational needs and assign daily responsibilities to staff and / or volunteers. Assist with merchandising and maintaining product displays to ensure compelling product presentation that enhances brand presence and delivers strong sell-through. Work with sales management to ensure strategic product placement to maximize allotted space. Remerchandise floor during the event as sales warrant based on inventory levels. Additional duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
General computer information system literacy. Knowledge of relevant computer software and systems, such as Microsoft Excel, and Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent electronic communication and functional ability. Ability to professionally interact with existing and potential customers. Ability to multi-task under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Must possess initiative, energy, and drive. Must possess strong strategic and analytical skills. Ability to successfully complete projects under tight deadlines. Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and management. Excellent organizational skills. Detail oriented, with accurate data handling and entry.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred. 2 - 3 years of Customer Service experience preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Use hands and fingers to handle, touch, and type. Ability to sit for extended periods of time. Regularly required to stand and work while standing. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Exposure to moderate noise level.

Closed-toe footwear is required when entering the Production Floor (as needed). TRAVEL May travel to work events including trade shows.
