Responsibilities Greet customers and provide necessary directions to store locations and sales personnel. Answer customer questions about merchandise and advise customers on merchandise selection. Utilize handheld scanner and Point of Sale (POS) system to scan, itemize, and total customer merchandise selection at checkout. Bag and/or pack all customer items efficiently, neatly, and in compliance with Company best practices. Assist in loading product, including large plants and pottery, into customer vehicles and trucks. Setup and organize advertising signs and displays of merchandise on shelves, counters, tables, or the floor to attract customers and promote sales. Assist with overall upkeep of PUA including plant watering and general tidying of sales area. Pick customer orders, including locating selected merchandise and bringing to checkout, as necessary Qualifications Good attitude Comfortable in an outdoor environment Ability to lift 20 Lbs consistently through the day This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to combine their love of the outdoors with retail expertise! #RJADM45
