If you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and providing excellent customer service, we'd love to meet you. What We're Looking For Comfortable making approximately 60+ outbound client calls per day Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone with strong communication and active listening skills Able to remain calm during difficult conversations, gather information, reassure clients, and escalate concerns through the proper internal channels Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day Basic computer skills, including Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Docs Customer service, hospitality, administrative, banking, healthcare, retail, or call center experience is a plus—but not required Compensation & Benefits $17.00 per hour + performance-based commissions Typical earnings of $800-$1,000 per week Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM No nights or weekends Paid training Paid Time Off 401(k) with company match Internal position with opportunities for advancement What You'll Be Doing Call existing clients throughout the recruiting process to check in and maintain strong communication Gather feedback on submitted candidates and completed interviews Follow up on outstanding client feedback Listen to client concerns, help de-escalate conversations, and communicate next steps Forward interview scheduling emails and other client updates Update shared Google Sheets and internal tracking documents Communicate important client information to the appropriate internal teams
