Customer Service Representative Atlantic Blue Water Services - Westminster, MDFull-Time | On-Site Pay - $19-21/hr DOE About the Position Atlantic Blue Water Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Westminster, Maryland. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced team environment, this could be a great opportunity for you. Our Customer Service Representatives are an important part of the customer experience and work closely with customers, technicians, dispatch, and management to keep our service operations running smoothly. This is an on-site, office-based position that requires frequent computer and telephone use and extended periods of sitting. What You'll Do Answer incoming customer phone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously. Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, and customer accounts. Make outbound calls to incoming leads and follow up with existing customers. Schedule and coordinate service appointments accurately and efficiently. Work closely with dispatch and field technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and communication. Perform data entry and maintain accurate and detailed customer records in company systems. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, office staff, and management. Listen to customer questions, concerns, and complaints and respond with a positive, solution-focused approach. Direct customer issues to the appropriate department or team member when additional assistance is needed. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Keep customer information and records current and accurate. Assist with other administrative and customer service responsibilities as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is: Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers. An excellent communicator and active listener. Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated while also being a strong team player. Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and other business software. Able to learn new software and systems quickly. Dependable and punctual. Able to remain professional and solution-focused when dealing with challenging customer situations. Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, dispatch, or office experience is a plus. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is an on-site office position based in our Westminster, MD location.
