Partners Bank is seeking a Customer Service Assistant I Float to provide friendly, accurate support across multiple branches. In this role, you'll assist customers with everyday banking transactions, respond to account inquiries, and promote bank products and digital services. You will travel between locations as needed, learning different teams and communities while ensuring consistent, high-quality service. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, enjoy problem-solving, and are committed to Partners Bank's community-first, relationship-driven culture. Responsibilities Provide face-to-face and phone support to banking customers across multiple branches Perform routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing Assist customers with account inquiries, basic troubleshooting, and digital banking tools Identify customer needs and refer banking products and services appropriately Maintain accuracy and security in cash handling and customer records Travel between designated branches as scheduling and business needs require Collaborate with branch teams to ensure consistent, high-quality service Uphold Partners Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Required Skills Customer service Cash handling Banking operations Account opening and maintenance Data entry CRM or banking software Digital banking tools Telephone etiquette Time management Problem-solving
