If you have experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role , we want to hear from you! No automotive experience is required—we will provide training for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping customers, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to build a long-term career with a reputable dealership. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience Listen to customer concerns and communicate vehicle service needs accurately Schedule service appointments and maintain customer follow-up Keep customers informed throughout the repair process Work closely with technicians and other departments to ensure timely service completion Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business What We're Looking For Previous retail sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and customer-first mindset Basic computer skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record
