Job Description

This isn't just a call center job; it's a chance to provide vital support and connect patients with the care they need. We are seeking detail-oriented employees to manage patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth access to care. Prior healthcare experience is preferred but excellent customer service skills and empathy are a must! This position will be in our call center. The hours will be 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. What You Will Do Maintains a commitment to the achievement of quality health care services by maintaining HIPAA compliance at all times by adhering to patient rights, safety, privacy, and confidentiality procedures and protocols. Verifies insurance or medical benefits coverage to be sure CFCN accepts the plan. Answers the phone in a timely manner with a warm and welcoming voice, announcing the name of the health center site.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring High School Diploma or G.E.D. Basic data entry skills, basic typing, filing, organizational skills.
