Job Description
We are a very busy plumbing company in Fraser looking for a full time Customer service representative/dispatcher. This is a full time position hours will be from 9am - 5pm Monday through Friday. Applicant should be able to multi-task, knowledge of QuickBooks preferably. Applicant will be responsible for answering the phones and assist in taking service calls and assisting in dispatching service calls. Applicant will also have general office duties including entering invoices, sales receipts, pulling permits with cities and scheduling inspections for plumbing jobs and filing to perform throughout the work day.
