Marine Service Writer

Responsibilities:

• Keeping communication open with the customer and updating throughout their experience with Murray Lake Marina
• To create a superior and positive experience for both the customer and employees
• Prepare work orders and answer any customer questions
• Up sell parts and service to ensure customer satisfaction with maintaining their boat/motor, etc.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of marine technicians

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the marine industry
• Strong knowledge of marine equipment assembly, and maintenance
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair marine equipment
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
