Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

This position is responsible for dispatching , and bidding on loads. The ideal applicant will be required to work 10 hr shifts. This will be a afternoon position. He or she will work as part of the dispatch team as well as independently and needs to possess excellent communication skills with a strong work ethic.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Transportation logistics/load planning and bidding 2 years minimum
• Proven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills
• written and verbal
• Team player with strong self-motivation and drive
• Proficient at multi-tasking
• proficiency with the Internet and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Knowledge of load boards
• Must have knowledge of Sylectus/Omnitracs dispatch system.
