The Role:
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our patients, helping them navigate their orders, resolving their concerns, and ensuring they receive the highest level of care.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00
PM Location :
Training conducted in Center Line, MI. Hybrid and remote options available after training. What We're Looking For A high school diploma or equivalent. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a polite and professional phone demeanor. Ability to confidently navigate a desktop computer and operate a multi-line phone system. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to comfortably manage a high volume of phone calls. What You'll Be Doing Answer high-volume incoming calls, serving as a friendly and knowledgeable resource to resolve patient concerns and complaints. Accurately enter new patient information into our Condor system—including demographics, diagnosis, physician details, product needs, and insurance data. Obtain written orders from physicians, verify insurance coverage, and generate accurate orders. Make outbound calls to keep patients and referral sources updated on their order status.
