Full Job Description Duties:
Receives and responds to citizen requests/concerns. Prepares monthly and annual reports. Researches and maintains claim and lawsuit files. Performs radio communicator duties. Types letters, memos, and various forms. Performs all duties in a customer service orientated manner, adhering to all safety and board policies, regulations, or procedures. Must perform duties in a safe, professional, and courteous manner to promote a positive image of the Road Commission for Oakland County. Requires a daily schedule that supports RCOC hours of operation. Regular and predictable onsite job attendance is an essential function of this position. Special Experience/Education A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Training in office procedures and clerical skills are required. A minimum of two (2) years of clerical and word processing experience is required. Must possess and maintain a valid State of Michigan Driver's License.
