Customer Care Associate

Job Summary Dance Arts Centre is seeking an organized, people-focused Customer Care Associate to support studio operations and our Customer Care Team. This role plays a key part in creating a seamless, positive experience for our families while ensuring strong systems and communication behind the scenes. Duties Serve as the first point of contact for families—responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening, understanding needs, and providing helpful, accurate information Support enrollment, onboarding, and overall client experience Assist with program questions, registration, billing, and general account support Maintain accurate records and data within our systems (CRM, Google Drive, etc.) Support studio communications, including emails, updates, and family-facing messaging Assist with retention and sales support efforts (program recommendations, follow-up, etc.) Help coordinate costume, apparel, and supply ordering and distribution Assist with basic marketing and graphics projects (e.g., Canva) Qualifications Customer service experience preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.) Experience with administrative systems or design tools (e.g., Canva) is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry/documentation Professional, friendly communication style (in person, phone, and email) Why join Dance Arts Centre? Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
