Job Description

Youngstedt Companies, a local and family-owned Car Wash & Detail Center, is now hiring Customer Service / Sales Associates at our location in Excelsior. We are seeking friendly, outgoing, dependable and customer oriented individuals preferably with cashier or customer service experience. As a Customer Service / Sales Associate , you are the first person to interact with a customer and assess the needs of the customer by providing an optimal experience. Customer Service / Sales Associates are a vital link between Youngstedts and our customers, serving as a point of contact for the customer to depend on to answer questions and provide information effectively.

Responsibilities include:

Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers to provide exceptional customer service. Assist customers to select optimal car wash or detail service. Analyze customer service required and inform of all services tailored to the customer's needs. Monitor all customer calls, schedule detail appointments, analyze problems and ensure optimal solutions as well as follow up on all pending issues. Educate customers about services and promotions and convey information effectively. Evening and Weekend Part-Time Shifts Available Immediately Monday
