Position:

Full-Time Service Advisor We're looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Service Advisor to join our high-performing team! What You'll Do:

Communicate with customers to understand their service needs — in person, over the phone, and digitally Clearly relay customer concerns and requests to our service technicians Provide accurate estimates and explain service recommendations to customers Coordinate repair efforts with our internal service team, manufacturers, warranty providers, insurance companies, and vendors Ensure all labor and parts are properly documented and billed on each work order Stay up to date with RV products and services to offer knowledgeable support and solutions

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong computer skills and attention to detail A team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to integrity Previous experience in customer service, RV/automotive service, or parts a plus — but not required
