Job Overview Graphics & Print Shop seeking a dynamic and energetic Office Assistant/Customer Service professional to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and efficient organizer that keeps our office running smoothly while providing exceptional support to clients and visitors. Your proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities will help foster a welcoming environment and ensure seamless daily operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while contributing to a positive workplace culture. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth at the front desk, managing multi-line phone systems with confidence and courtesy Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide outstanding customer support via phone and email Perform data entry tasks accurately using a variety of software, maintaining organized records and files. Assist with bookeeping, invoicing, receive payments, and track quotes. Support office management tasks including filing, proofreading documents, creating job orders, managing supplies, and organizing documents for easy retrieval Qualifications Experience in an office environment or administrative role with clerical responsibilities. Strong computer literacy, experience with Adobe a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Exceptional phone and email etiquette and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally. Experience with data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and calendar management is highly desirable. Personal assistant or customer service experience is a plus but not required; we value proactive individuals eager to learn. RGS has small town service, with world-class results! Our services include graphic design, softcover binding, digital printing, wide format printing, vinyl signage, screen printing, and embroidery. This role offers a rewarding environment for those passionate about delivering top-tier customer service while supporting daily office operations. Experience is not as important as a desire to learn. Our typical working hours are 7:00am-4:30pm.
