• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily responsibilities include taking orders by phone, providing support by phone, email and chat, assisting with patient walk-ins and helping with routine office tasks such as filing, printing orders and light data entry.
• Become an expert in our tools and service with its many variations to quickly answer questions, resolve routine issues and escalate more advanced issues.
• Coordinate with other teams as needed to ensure the best resolutions.
• Help other departments as needed, including picking orders in the warehouse.
• Printing Handout Cards for Health Care Providers

• SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred)
• 2 years experience in Detail Oriented-Customer Service and/or working in a professional office setting

REQUIRED

• Strong emotional intelligence: empathy, active listening, problem-solving, above-and-beyond attitude, conscientiousness
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly disposition, team attitude, strong work ethic, desire to provide "uncommonly good customer service"
• Detail-oriented, "think on your feet", ability to multi-task.
• Solid computer skills, including familiarity with online shopping, web browsing, and Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Tech-Savvy with a teachable attitude.
• An interest in Health and Wellness is a plus!
