Responsibilities:

Demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Provide timely and accurate information to customers. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. Maintain customer records and update account information as needed. Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on customer inquiries and complaints. Provide product knowledge to customers.
