We're growing fast and need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and knows how to turn a phone call into a scheduled appointment .

What You'll Do:

Convert Calls Into Customers Own the first impression. Answer inbound calls, follow up on leads, and close appointments with confidence and care. Keep the Schedule Full Book efficiently, route smartly, and stay flexible to ensure our Service Professionals stay busy and on time. Set Clear Expectations Guide customers through our process, answer questions clearly, and help them feel confident in choosing Mr. Handyman. Be a Team Player Collaborate with office and field staff to keep everything running smoothly—and have fun doing it.

What You Bring:

A friendly, professional phone voice 2+ years office, customer service, and sales experience Great instincts for customer needs and scheduling Confidence to lead conversations and close jobs Comfort using customer management or scheduling software Problem-solving mindset and a sense of urgency
