Job Description

Client Service Representative ClearVault Systems Fayetteville, NC Job Details Part-time | Full-time $18 - $23 an hour 1 day ago Benefits 401(k) Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Office activity coordination No experience needed Administrative experience Handling customer service requests Customer support Full Job Description Cybersecurity conversations often begin with a simple question: what happens next? Our Fayetteville assessment team needs a Client Services Representative who can answer that clearly and make every interaction feel organized. You will support clients before and during independent security assessments by confirming contacts, arranging routine calls and keeping records current. You will not sell remediation work or provide technical findings. Your value is calm communication and dependable follow-through. The client side of the process 1. Respond to scheduling and process questions using approved guidance. 2. Confirm contact information, meeting details and document receipt. 3. Record requests accurately and protect confidential information. 4. Route technical questions to the assessment team without guessing. 5. Follow up on open items and tell clients what to expect next. 6. Check that meeting invitations and approved access instructions reach the correct client contact. 7. Keep a clear record of consent, receipt and follow-up without copying sensitive material into unnecessary systems. What will help you settle in You should communicate clearly, use shared calendars and spreadsheets with confidence, and handle confidential information with care. Previous customer support or administrative experience is preferred, but specialist cybersecurity experience is not required. We will train the successful applicant on the assessment process, approved client guidance and the limits of the role. You must be willing to ask a specialist rather than guess when a question involves technical findings. A schedule built around coverage The role is on-site in Fayetteville. Full-time employees will normally work either 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. A consistent part-time block may be available within the same coverage window. The selected hours will be confirmed before hire and should remain dependable so client meetings and assessment support can be planned correctly. Confidence comes from clear boundaries You will receive practical guidance on what the client-services team can answer, what must be referred to an assessor and how to protect information during routine coordination. The first 60 days will include observed client interactions and feedback on written notes. A strong Client Services Representative gives a client an accurate next step, keeps the internal record complete and never presents an assumption as a technical conclusion. Apply with clarity Send a resume through Indeed. A brief note about experience handling sensitive information or coordinating customer requests can help us understand your fit. The Client Services Representative opening is non-sales and has no commission requirement.
