Job Description

Job Summary:
iFAB Corp is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Bilingual Desk Clerk who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This role requires strong communication skills, as the primary responsibility is handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls throughout the day. The ideal candidate is organized, patient, and customer-focused, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls in both English and Spanish Provide accurate information and assistance to clients, customers, and internal teams Schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and maintain call logs Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and email correspondence Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions Support daily office operations as needed.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to handle continuous phone work for extended periods Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
