Full Job Description Position Title:

Full-Time Manufacturing / 3 departments shipping, customer service and production

Primary Responsibilities:

In the production role: you'll be involved in the hand-building of our custom gun holsters. This process includes measuring, drilling, riveting, cutting, buffing, and sanding, requiring hands-on craftsmanship and attention to detail. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and can maintain a fast pace over extended periods. Manufacturing with us involves physical labor, so we need someone who can work efficiently and enjoys a friendly, conversational work environment. If placed in a shipping department role: You will learn how to organize manage and conduct order Shipping for pick up in our shipping department. If placed in a customer service role: you'll be responding to phone calls handling orders and customer inquiry's about the company, product, shipping times, etc. You will also be responding to customer emails and handling returns. this job requires initiative being able to work without supervision and efficient organization and time management skills.

Requirements/Qualifications:

No college degree is required; however, prior experience in manufacturing is a plus. A strong work ethic is essential, as this is a physically intensive role that involves manual labor. Moderate physical strength is required to handle some heavier objects safely. Training will be provided, so prior experience is not necessary but is certainly a bonus.

Compensation:

$13-$15 per hour, based on experience.

The position is fully on-site at our high point manufacturing location.
