Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part-Time Hospitality Customer Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and professional front desk service. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Handle reservation inquiries and modifications via phone, email, or in person with clear communication and hospitality expertise. Assist guests with questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance their stay experience. Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns using excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while adhering to hotel emergency procedures. Support night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring all financial transactions are correctly processed and documented. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is Required. Required ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends(mandatory), or holidays as needed for part-time scheduling. This will be a swing position with no set schedule. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems such as OPERA or property management systems (PMS). Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving capabilities. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest services, and resort operations is advantageous. Excellent phone communication skills, including multi-line phone system handling and phone etiquette. Previous hotel experience or resort background will be considered a plus for this energetic role.
