Retail Sales Associate Rock Outdoors is looking for a Retail Sales Associate for our stores. The ideal candidate is passionate about the outdoors including paddle sports (i.e. kayaking, canoeing, SUPs) camping, and fishing, as well as educating our customers about the best gear for their next adventure!

Responsibilities:

Demonstrates excellent customer service standards Restocks Inventory on Sales Floor Runs cash register Accurately processes and prepares merchandise for the sales floor following c company procedures and standards Maintains organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the floor and participates in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store Follows all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention guidelines to deter theft. Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect Participates in safety awareness and maintenance of a risk-free environment
